Environmental Policy
Taking responsibility for our natural environment is a matter of course for Cready!
As a service company, our environmental footprint is relatively small. Even so, we believe it is important to do our part, and we therefore follow the guidelines set out by the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency for service companies — working to contribute to the achievement of Sweden's national environmental objectives.
Our operations involve a substantial amount of paper, and we are working to change that by encouraging our clients to use digital communications instead of post. Wherever possible, both internal and external communication takes place electronically. Our sustainability work also includes recycling all office materials, using eco-labelled printing paper and ensuring that all office equipment carries an environmental certification. When we travel for work we choose the means of transport with the smallest possible environmental impact — though we strongly prefer remote meetings.
We continuously work on environmental objectives throughout the entire supply and value chain, and environmental requirements are always an active consideration in all procurement and purchasing. Consumables we purchase must carry one of the established environmental certifications. The energy consumed in our operations is, to the extent possible, purchased from suppliers that offer energy from renewable sources. Resource efficiency and circular thinking permeate every aspect of our business.
